Be sure to print all the pages

On some printers with less than 1Mb of memory, you may need

There is a control setting in the Adobe Acrobat Print Dialog Box
where the print quality can be reduced.

on the link and save the file to your hard drive. Then start the Adobe
Acrobat reader and open the file directly from your hard drive.
