Vandersteen RMA Form

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION FORM

In the unlikely event that one of your Vandersteen loudspeakers should ever require servicing, please follow these procedures:

1.	Download the Vandersteen Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Vandersteen RMA Form Vandersteen Repair Instructions Form
	This two page form is in Adobe Portable Document (PDF) format and can be read with the Adobe Acrobat 3 or higher. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat 3 or 4 Reader, they are available from Adobe at no cost.

2.	Print all three pages of the form with the Adobe Acrobat Reader PRINT command.
3.	Follow the instructions on the second page of the form regarding troubleshooting and isolating the problem to the speaker.
4.	Once the problem is isolated to the speaker, follow the instructions regarding sending in the speaker or driver for repair.

If you are returning a complete speaker, it must be packed right-side-up in the original packing. The end trays must be placed as shown in the diagram on the RMA Form. Damage to an improperly packed speaker will not be covered by UPS.
